Welcome to PICT207 Database Concepts and Design

This first course in Databases introduces the student to key fundamental concepts of the database environment providing knowledge in the day-to-day work setting using real world scenarios whiles applying theory to practice with a typical database management systems. Database Systems I focuses on some of the key concepts in the planning, design, modelling and implementation of database systems focusing on the fundamentals of Relational Databases.
